Started getting these calls recently. Usually I don't answer calls I don't recognize. They asked for someone with same last name as mine but first name was not. I told them no one by that name lives here. They read my number to me and asked if it was my number. I confirmed it was and they said,"OK, we will remove your number from our list. I am disabled and owe no one money. Even if I did, judges don't garnish Social Security Disability Checks.
These people keep calling for someone that does not live here. I assume Jeffrey Hockenberry USED to live at this address, but he doesn't anymore. How these guys found a number that was never associated with Jeffrey Hockenberry surely cannot be legit business practices.
As soon as they ask for Jeffrey Hockenberry, I don't let them go any further. I can only assume it has something to do with the numerous legal summons that get delivered to this address for Jeffrey Hockenberry.
If this company is so "legit". Then why do they not leave a message, and why is the line empty when you answer.
I did have a car accident earlier this year, and it is still being decided on (planning to go to court). So why can they be coming after me for the money.
I have received several bills for this from a bill collector, but the phone number is not open during the hours that it says it is. So that tells me that it is a scam. So I am assuming that this is a scam too. If they were a real company they would leave a message, or be on the phone when people answer.
My question to "Gessenia" is HOW MUCH ARE THEY PAYING YOU TO POST ON HERE?
These people call everyday including Sunday. I actually got a person on the line today who trys to tell me someone filed a claim against my company for a incident last year that never happend, I don't know any of the people involved in the incident or see how I have anything to do with it. They said they had mailed paperwork on it. I suggested they resend the paperwork by certified mail so that I can send it to my lawyer. He then hung up the phone.
