I am receiving a volume of calls from this number. They divulged an old address of mine and this is perhaps because they are not actually Charter, but rather someone who has acquired Charter records and is trying to solicit credit card information from Charter patrons.
I have blocked this number and will report it to the proper authorities if they can find a workaround.

Received a call from them 4 times today- once before 8:00 AM
Answered and there is no one there...when I answer it has the sound of a robo call
I think I am going to block it and try to find a way to complain because we are also on the no call list
I keep getting calls as well at my place of employment. It is interfering with our business. I can't get them to stop. Sterling Jewelry is doing the same and I can't get them to stop either.
Got a text message from this number which says: "hey Matthew- its Rachel. hd fun last-night;) I posted some of those videos I was talking about. http://dropboxpics.com/15x5e. might wann
Then a 2nd message saying, "pls do not look at the pix. those are very private. i guess the jerk gave me the wrong num.".
