I am receiving a volume of calls from this number. They divulged an old address of mine and this is perhaps because they are not actually Charter, but rather someone who has acquired Charter records and is trying to solicit credit card information from Charter patrons.
I have blocked this number and will report it to the proper authorities if they can find a workaround.
According to the FCC Consumer Protection law they have to comply and stop calling. If anyone ever tells you that they don't have to be in compliance, ask to speak to a supervisor/manager and tell them you will file a formal complaint with the FCC.
This is Charter communication, they have been calling my number 5 to 6 times per day everyday for the past three years. I finally got a person when I returned the call and told them to take me off the call list. Takes 45 days to be removed.
