I am receiving a volume of calls from this number. They divulged an old address of mine and this is perhaps because they are not actually Charter, but rather someone who has acquired Charter records and is trying to solicit credit card information from Charter patrons.
I have blocked this number and will report it to the proper authorities if they can find a workaround.
I started getting calls from this number, Charter, three days ago. They are calling several times a day. Not only is my number in the Do Not Call register, but I live in Germany. We have a Vonage number so they’re calling all hours of the night. No message left. No human there when I pick up. I’ll be calling their offices on Monday morning.
