they have called us many times, weekends too. don't leave a message, I have no idea what to do. Im getting tired of this people calling us. Please is there a way to block this #.
Calls on 5/11 & 5/13. Also used this number 731-215-8010. Have been hounding for the last 3 years.
When I did a refi there was nothing bad on by credit reports. Washington State SOL for credit cards is 3 years.
Not sure which is worse Portfolio or Asset Acceptance. One would think that there would be a way to rid the world of these bottom feeders.
Do not give them any information when they call. They are attempting to collect on bogus debt or debt that is past the statute of limitations. They use scare tactics. Report the number! They will search and contact people that are distantly related... very embarassing situation! Not reputable and illegal!!!
I have tried to. I blocked the number of theirs that had been calling 3-5 times every day-(757)961-3544-and it gave me peace for one day, but then they just started calling again with their other numbers (From what I've seen on 800notes-it's almost 30 different numbers!). You can try to block as many of their numbers that your call block list could hold (I have Comcast and it holds only 20 numbers), but they will eventually keep calling again with a new one every time you block a number.
