I have gotten phone calls from this number for over a week. At first they asked to speak with someone who does not live here and now they called wanting me to hold for the next available person or to call them at an 800 number. I called the 800 number and they wanted the last four of my social security number as I was told I have an account there by my phone number. I have had this phone number for 10 years or more and I do not have an account at Citimorgage. I told business with a privately owned bank. When I finally got a live person I told that person I do not have an account and she hung up on me. I just received another call from this number and no answer when I picked up the phone. I am sick and tired of them calling, asking for a person who does not live here and possibly entered my phone number as their own. Our area has different prefixes for the phone numbers so they had better check their prefix again.
They called my number today identifying themselves as citimortgage. They left a voice mail and said that the call was for a Tina (and what sounded like) Itemforyourprize. Gee NOBODY here named Tina..never has been and never will. Only 1 male and 1 female that live here and get this.... WE RENT!!
I called the 1-800 number they said to call and get this it's a prerecorded message saying to call 1015158000 and it says you'll recieve a charge on your phone bill that states Nevada.
Yeah I got the same calls. When they talk it sounds like a guy from some foreign country, but they do have information about us. I seem to be getting phone calls from odd area codes all the time and I look them up to find out where. With so much information about us out there we are going to have to be extra careful.
I have recieved a total of 4 calls from them since 12/30. The first one stated they were citimortgage looking for a Tina Giftvirginforyourprize wanting to know when she'd pay her mortgage. Guess what NO TINA here and we RENT. They called 3 more times (1/2, 1/6 and 1/7) stating that questions and complaints need to be directed to directed to 300 st paul place, baltimore md 21202. I've reported them again to the donotcall registery
They are calling me for my 2nd mortgage payment and I'm only a couple days into the grace period! Even though I tell them that the payment will be sent out the refuse to stop the calls.
