I have gotten phone calls from this number for over a week. At first they asked to speak with someone who does not live here and now they called wanting me to hold for the next available person or to call them at an 800 number. I called the 800 number and they wanted the last four of my social security number as I was told I have an account there by my phone number. I have had this phone number for 10 years or more and I do not have an account at Citimorgage. I told business with a privately owned bank. When I finally got a live person I told that person I do not have an account and she hung up on me. I just received another call from this number and no answer when I picked up the phone. I am sick and tired of them calling, asking for a person who does not live here and possibly entered my phone number as their own. Our area has different prefixes for the phone numbers so they had better check their prefix again.
It is Citi Group - In my case it was from Citi Mortgage and a valid call. However, they never left a voice mail. I ignored the first 15+ calls they made, and finally there was a voicemail identifying themselves, and a valid call back number.
They just called my cell phone a few minutes ago. I don't have a mortgage or a credit card with Citi. I thought telemarketers were automatically banned from calling cell phones.
Received a recorded call from Citi Mortage at our place of business. Our building mortgage is not through them and my personal one most certainly is not. So what business do they have calling. It hung out before it finished giving a phone number.
