Dear,
Recruiting agencies ask for SSN just to check if you have ever worked with a particular client recruiter is recruiting for. If you have worked wit that client then "are you eligible for re-hire?". even if you never worked with that particular client still SSN is needed as exp part from resume can be removed. Not all clients needs SSN. Some of them need last 4 digits of SSN. some of them need full SSN. And your SSN is fully safe and confidential. It is put in a confidential database as soon as recruiters receive it. Only hiring manager can access it. No one else can access it.
I can answer both of your dumbass questions, you get your paychecks via direct deposit every week. The reason why at least I looked this up is because I was typing Rose International on google and auto complete said rose international scam under rose international so i tried that to see why it would even be on there and found this as the first link. So yeah that sufficient, how do you feel now that you probably lost out on a job offer that was probably more then you make now? lol
I actually went back and read every post on here and the amount of epic stupidity flowing from these pages seeing people think that a legitimate temp agency is a scam made me rage.
I also received a call from and strong accented guy named Marvin. He asked me to send my resume to him to go over. He said he had a job starting immediately at Bank of America for $20 hour. He then ask me some questions about my resume and then ask for my SSN!! I immediately knew he was a scammer and told him this much and he then referred me to his supervisor! I hung up the phone and researched the company he was calling me from. Rose International turn up and he had a career builder email address!! These guys are getting good!! But NEVER give your social out on a solicited phone call!! No employer would ask for that over the phone!
Jon you obviously work for this scam company because you would not give your SSN to them or if you did they are probably running up credit cards in your name right now...lol
Yes!!! I agree!!! Rose International may be a real company but the scammers are using that company as a cover up. A guy name Marvin called me supposively from their but when I called them they had no knowledge of anyone by that name. They also told me that we would NEVER ask for SSN over the phone!!! So the scammers that are posting on here...your game is up!! It makes me mad that people try to take advantage of job hunters!! But there a scums everywhere!!!!
