Similar to above. Catherine Richardson from FBI Tax & Crime division. Said my physical address was under investigation, called phone number, foreign man answered, sounded like calling center. Asked who was calling, became angry, I hung up.
This is a genuine scam call. I've been getting them several times a week from different numbers that show up from all over the US, but same voicemail. Me and my friends called it back to play along just to waste these foreign scammers time. Basically they'll say you owe about $4000 in back taxes and will need to go to Wal-Mart and purchase a Wal-Mart gift card with the amount you owe on it and give them the cards info so they can process it. If you fell for it, boom, you were just scammed out of a several hundred or thousand dollars. Don't fall for this!
