Only judges issue warrants. They are only delivered in hand by duly constituted officers of the law. You are not notified in advance if a warrant has been issued to you. If you were the subject of a criminal investigation, you'd be well aware of it from interviews with members of law enforcement. This is a scam. Ignore and block the numbers.
