A guy with a thick Indian accent by the name of Daniel called with "James Madison Law Firm", saying that criminal charges were being downloaded and paperwork was coming to my house in 4-5 days. He had my last 4 numbers of of Social Security number, and the address of my house as well as my place of work. It's scary to think these scam artists can get away with this stuff.

This happened to me yesterday he was nice to me the he asked me to fax a note about this loan so I called cash net USA and got a e mail from them saying I do not owe any money to them that it is a scam but let me tell u he did scare me so today I went to the police department and let them read all the e mails with cash net USA and the voice mail from Daniel today and I called the fib and turned him so if the cops do come I have everything in hand
He called me today left a voicemail couldn't hardly understand him called him back and he said I had criminal charges against me in California which I've never been to California. I argued with him about being a scam he hung up on me and wouldn't answer back when I called again. This is a big scam don't give any type of money to this guy.
