This happened to me yesterday he was nice to me the he asked me to fax a note about this loan so I called cash net USA and got a e mail from them saying I do not owe any money to them that it is a scam but let me tell u he did scare me so today I went to the police department and let them read all the e mails with cash net USA and the voice mail from Daniel today and I called the fib and turned him so if the cops do come I have everything in hand
Heavy accented man from James Patterson Lawfirm to inform me I have a lawsuit against me & that they have forwarded supena to my local police department(gave address of police dept) and that I should call them on their hotline 661-243-3215 verify my address to get a copy of supena. This type of call does upset you & needs to stop.

I have gotten several calls from a Daniel with a very thick accent. He claims to be with James Madison Law firm. He claims there is a criminal case against me. Littering maybe? I don't know. But it is a scam I am sure. His call back number is 714-987-9786.Payday loan is long time ago paid off.
