This happened to me yesterday he was nice to me the he asked me to fax a note about this loan so I called cash net USA and got a e mail from them saying I do not owe any money to them that it is a scam but let me tell u he did scare me so today I went to the police department and let them read all the e mails with cash net USA and the voice mail from Daniel today and I called the fib and turned him so if the cops do come I have everything in hand

Called saying they were with James Petterson law office and I was being sued by Amerian Cash A company I've never heard of..
Same exact call with the deference of saying that i could go to the police station and pick up my papers, very scarey because the said the address of the station here in Detroit, What you think should i go to see if it is true.

Just got 3 calls in a row....Indian accent dude leaves a message barely understandable between his accent and static. Telling me he's calling from some law firm about a criminal case against me. I fell for some other scam claiming a "lawsuit being filed with the county clerk".....I paid and of course then found out SCAM!!!!
I received call from a law firm stating that Iowed a pay day loan I fo;d them that I never had a loan they kept saying that I would bserved papers to go to court and that my bank told them that it was deposited in my account.
