This happened to me yesterday he was nice to me the he asked me to fax a note about this loan so I called cash net USA and got a e mail from them saying I do not owe any money to them that it is a scam but let me tell u he did scare me so today I went to the police department and let them read all the e mails with cash net USA and the voice mail from Daniel today and I called the fib and turned him so if the cops do come I have everything in hand
They are some scam artist when I check my voicemail the guy said that his name was ryan calling from james patterson law office they have already sent the court paper to the local police department and that I should show up to court with my lawyer when i told him "let me stop you right there if you and your friend ever call this number back I will report you to the FBI and he hung up on me
I received a call from this number today and the guy said I'm being sued for a payday loan in 2013. I told the man that I've never had a payday loan and he told me that he's sending me court papers and if I don't pay I'll go to jail.
I got a call from 661-243-3215 saying that i own 300 dollars from few years ago a loan i took on line. I told him that i did not took any loans on line and he said i will be getting some paper between 4 to 5 days an a officer will be droping off the paper work . he also said i need to go to court for the money i borowed. I told him again i never barrowed any money. he did not asked for my social security but he did know my home address. thats crazy that people will call trying to get money from peopel.
I just received a voicemail stating something similar to your post I kno it's a scam but they try really hard to scare u in order to get money out of u I am down and in hard times but would never go to these extremes to get peoples honest earned money just to better my situation. Thanks for your post it put me at ease knowing that it is a scam . I received a call from the same number I couldn't understand the name he used but he did say James Madison law firm and the exact same thing about my social being black listed and that the Rialto police dept. has been notified and my employer has been contacted also
Just received a voice mail along the same lines I knew it was a scam so I save the message and will report it to the local authorities and my attorney could barely understand him but gave the name of above mentioned law firm
