Got a call from this number. They actually left a message ! Some bu**sh*t about my being recommended by "...a neighbor or a friend." I try to arrange my life so that I don't have to lie, so (first of all) I don't deal with anyone who does. They proceeded to tell my answering device that I "qualify" for a "free" 'security system'. Secondly, NOTHING is free. I don't know what the actual scam is here, and, since I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize, nor do I try to contact them - ever, I will probably never know that. So fu**ing what !! Just another modern-day minor hassle. Besides, how does anyone in "Arvin, Ca." arrange to install, and monitor (indefinetly) a security system in Maryland ? Riddle me that, Mad Hatter. Like I said, just another jackoff.
I put in our state to help us all see a pattern, etc. Today is Aug 30 and they called before on the 19th. Other spammers also escalated yesterday which is the Monday before Labor Day. They must be back from summer vaca... Once more and they get blocked, only have limited space for blocks on our system, unfortunately.
