I made a spread sheet for my panansonic 250 blocked calls. I input all the numbers I blocked on my phone and the dates. I also input "comments" with the dates and number of times they call. So, everytime there's a call I will check the list for the number and add in dates they call. Every few months I will delete the older ones that do not persist to call you often like 3 months so that I have enough space to block other numbers. It takes some work but hey with early dementia this is a good way to keep your mind busy!!!
A great summary to how criminals work in this day and age. They chose to be annoying, not civil. I just don't pick up my phone if it's not someone I know. Oh and OSI model. Google that too.
