Have gotten five calls from this # in the last week. Blocked. Nobody would claim Arvin as their place of business. I live 20 miles away. The Arvin city council are planning to ban bars in the city because the gangsters and farm workers keep killing each other. Used to be a nice town as far back as the 80's.
