9/22/13 I was told my computer had a problem and almost hung up because I thought it was not legit as I don't have a problem. Instead I asked what kind of computer I had and he correctly identified it. When I asked how he knew that he now said he was calling from Apple. I asked why he didn't say that in the first place? He said he thought he had, so I asked what he wanted. He told me to turn on my computer. It was on sitting next to me but I still didn't believe him, so said I'd call him back and asked his name and number. He said Michael and gave the phone number above. His voice was soft and he had an Indian accent. I called Apple and tried to report it. Nice person took info but prob not the right one to report this to.
Same as above, guy with indian accent named daniel wiggins, i listened, gave him remote access, tried to sell me package from "Star Tech". Disconnected him, now my google chrome works but nor internet explorer.
