Same thing, got a call at 12:am got me out of bed. I said do you know what time it is? He says , yes mam but ths is very important ...etc. I asked for his number and name, James.
This number keeps calling my cell phone. I have had to turn my phone off for periods of time because of it. I called the number several times from another phone and it give a Verizon message saying the number is no longer in use. I think someone has a way of using this number as a cover for their scam.
I have numerous calls from subrat ku barik of 661 771 6568. I have them all saved on my phone to prove it.
I want to sue them, as they have disrupted my household for weeks. What is my recourse? Please advise.
Note: They say they're from Microsoft, they're not! I originally told them not to call again, they still do! I no longer answer their call, but caller ID identifies that it is them. I have their number blocked, but my phone still rings once when it's them calling.
