I got a message from my sister in law saying some was trying to reach me in a urgent matter when I called it was answered Micheal Michael Green Associates the number was 844 717 3760 saying that I had three charges against me is this real how do I find out???
That is the same number they called my m from today asking for me , Saying if I didn't pay 700$ that I would be issued a summons to come to court and charged with fraud!! Very unnerving.. I decided if they serve me they serve me but I believe this is a scam and will be calling my local court house tomorrow. Also, they claim I have used a credit or debit card in the last 30 days which I don't have a credit or debit card period and went on to claim having something on camera.. What a joke. Either way I am not paying crap until I get something in writing!

MT, USA theatening my husband to pay $700 to settle a $4000 debt. Being that we have had bad debt in the past and know all the tactics used by debt collectors, their tactics were very suspicious. They couldn't verify any of our infomation and they threatened to serve us the same day we were talking to them on the phone. We told them to Bring It On! We are not paying anything.
They have changed there number again 8445319290..but a middle man called me from 4062052006 I blocked both numbers as a matter of fact I told them to summons me and the girl hung up in my face
they called and left a message from 844-531-9290 Montana # stating this is a legal case in which a bench warrant will be issued and to call back and provided case # to get this taken care of prior to my court date that I will be served at my job which I don't have or she can meet me at a agreed upon place... When I call back I only get voicemail
