I got a message from my sister in law saying some was trying to reach me in a urgent matter when I called it was answered Micheal Michael Green Associates the number was 844 717 3760 saying that I had three charges against me is this real how do I find out???
I recently just received the same call from Michael Michael & Associates (406) 551-9534, the very first message that I ever received was from a gentleman who threatened me that he will serve me the legal document to my job and that he is now going to the local county court which is Orange County and that they have a bench warrant for me if I don't call back. So, I called the number (844) 434-8908 he left on my voicemail. A woman who claimed to be in charge of my case name Jaimie and told me that I either pay $700.00 now or I will be forced to pay $3,000.00 for legal fees. She even stated the first five numbers of my social security. She emailed me the payment arrangements. I actually gave her my credit card # and told me that she will email me again for me to sign the documents. After reading this website about the SCAM, I immediately cancelled my credit card. This is really SCARY!!

**Update** 2/25/14 I have received another message same number (406) 551-9534 from a different person same this time and threatened me that they will file the lawsuit at Orange County court, if they do not receive the signed agreement that they emailed me yesterday by the end of the day! What should I do??
They called both my sons and my boyfriend today then called me. First... How are they getting all my family's phone numbers. The number they called me from was 406-205-0416. The other number they called my family from was 404-342-5346. This is the second time this has happened to me. They provided a case number and also threatened warrant and arrest.
