I got a message from my sister in law saying some was trying to reach me in a urgent matter when I called it was answered Micheal Michael Green Associates the number was 844 717 3760 saying that I had three charges against me is this real how do I find out???
My niece has currently been contacted by a woman who also claimed to represent that office as well. The woman is calling from Dallas County. My niece isn't even from Texas and has never been! She is also being threaten with a bench warrant. She has contacted the local police department and was told this was a scam and they have received a lot of complaints as well.
As a school teacher, I received an urgent call via the PA today to report to the office. A very nervous secretary handed me a message that she had just taken from Amy Parker of Michael Michael Green Associates saying that there was a warrant out for my arrest and that I would be served at the school. To avoid this, I needed to call 1-888-470-7870 and provide a case number.
I called the number and spoke to a less than professional lady who asked me to confirm my SSN. I asked her who on Earth would confirm there SSN to a stranger. She started to speak quickly, said there is nothing she could do for me, and that she would see me when I get picked up. She abruptly hung up the phone.
While I was not moved by this because I have done nothing wrong, my secretary was scared to death for my well being and the impact that my possible arrest at work could have on the school. This is very serious stuff and must be investigated and stopped.

This company has been harrassing me for the last 3 months, calling and leaving voice mails with my grandmother's phone. I have called them back each time and they do have my phone number. Today I informed them that they are in violation of Section 807 of the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practice Act...I was hung up on. I called back and they obviously have caller ID because my call was picked up and immediately hung up again. Half hour later my phone number was obviously put into the auto dialer because I received a phone call from them directly. Waited on the line, pressed #2 for the legal department where I once again told them they were in violation of Section 807 of the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practice Act...guess what, hung up on again! Section 807 is "False or misleading representation implicating legal action"...it is a Federal Violation! If they call again, recite this violation to them. I don't know if I will be called back again, but they certainly don't want to be called out on their illegal activity. I have also filed a complaint with BBB.
