I got a message from my sister in law saying some was trying to reach me in a urgent matter when I called it was answered Micheal Michael Green Associates the number was 844 717 3760 saying that I had three charges against me is this real how do I find out???
SCAM ALERT! A person claiming to be from the Law Offices/Collection Agency by the name of Michael, Michael, Green Associates LLC. (which doesn't exist!), called and attempted to scare me with a false warrant for my arrest unless I gave them my personal banking info, social security number, and debit card number. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. I have contacted the local police, the FBI, and the Federal Trade Commission.
Even if you did previously owe a debt which may be unpaid, always ask for their address and phone number. A real debt collector or attorneys office will not use the tactics that these criminals use. It is ILLEGAL for a debt collector to threaten a bench warrant or arrest! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!

(which doesn't exist!), called and attempted to scare me with a threat of a court summons if I did not call them back and take care of this issue. They provided a case number all this was over a phone message. I called back and there was an answering machine but could not leave a message (?) that raised my eyebrow. So they call this morning because they saw the missed call from last night. They repeated the same summons and court infor and case number but because the message was for my husband they will not provide further information.They have not asked yet for any informatiion except for my name which I refused to provide, but they say they have to talk to my husband. I have research the name of the company the night before and ran into this alert messages for this company. So I was very skeptical when they call. I looked up the company but when I click on the googled link it just takes me to a no domain page. We don't have any debt that is not current and unpaid, and a collector would try to collect by sending letters to the person that owes the money. We have none of that, I guess we just wait for the court summons to arrive...hehe

Same as the above post. What caught my attention is no one calls me by my full middle name but my family and they don't do that all the time. Another thing is they said my case number was 8664665431. That happen to be one of the numbers that they call from.
Received a message from a lady saying she was a officer and gave a case number saying she would contact my employer. Im goin to the police because im tired of these calls from them.they gave me a 866-466-5431 to call back.SCAMMMMMM
I received the same call saying they were gonna serve me if I don't respond a bench warrant will be issued in my name they also left this number 8664665431
