Who called from 7042016624

This is a recorded call from Rachael who wants me to speak to a live operator to reduce my interest rates on my credit cards.  The Caller ID shows Wireless Caller.  I know I have had these calls before, also from Rachael.  I don't remember the phone number(s) but recall the Caller ID showed Pacifictel.

Unwanted phone call........told me I had signed for these calls......NEVER!!!
Claiming to represent Visa & Master Card

I suspect this was a scam, because I called the number back, and got a Boost mobile voice mail.

What ligitimate company uses a prepaid phone for business?

Register a complaint with the FCC.  They do not investigate individual calls, but if they get lots of complaints they will take action, which may include local law enforcement.

They have information about me. They call daily. I am tired of them and they know my ss #

Here we go again-stupid callers, who consistently call back at all hours.  Doesn't seem as though being on the "NO Call List seems to do any good.  I have 9 sheets plus with these unwanted calls.  I've already threatened to report them to the Attorney General, the phone company, etc.
