These scammers are unbelievable !!! I had my phone number changed this morning because of the amount of telemarketers that call ( 6 from the same company yesterday alone - I didn't answer the phone because it said unknown caller on Caller ID) . Believe it or not, I just got my 1st call from the scammers on my new number!! I filed numerous complaints with the national do not call list registry in the past but it does no good. Maybe Pres. Obama could something since our local government officials don't do anything about it here.
I played with the guy and wasted his time. He was upset when I told him his phone bill was run up. He said the 10 minute call cost 15 cents. The time wasted was the key. Careful they claim name of company is member services, same name on credit card statement. Blast playing with him.
Phone just rang - I could see it was a wireless caller on the TV screen. I answered and it was a recorded message which made it sound like I was in some kind of trouble with my credit card. I was pretty sure it was a scam and hung up.
Been receiving calls from this number. Finally answered today and listened to recorded message about receiving lower credit card rates. I decided to get as much info as I could from them so I can report them.

Said I'd signed up for this through my VISA, etc. Of course I never did. Asked him how he found my name and number and said he's been watching my credit report for 6 months. Note: I pay off all credit card bills monthly and never have anything outstanding. I asked to be removed from their database and he said I would have to call my bank for that. I asked, what bank do you have on record for me? He replied, HUNG UP!
Been searching internet for address of said Card Services and can't find it. Phony, no doubt. Not sure how else to track them down. Any suggestions, please let me know!
