I also was charged 4.55 on 11/20. My credit union's security was "compromised" a few months ago and they sent us new cards. But the new cards have both received fraudulent charges. Those of you who mention government accounts makes me wonder if they didn't hack into North Carolina's system.
Jan. 8, 2010 Ms. Plath was still making fraudulent charges. $4.55 to my acct. which has been cancelled. A phone call is worth the garbled message just screams fraud!
