I also was charged 4.55 on 11/20. My credit union's security was "compromised" a few months ago and they sent us new cards. But the new cards have both received fraudulent charges. Those of you who mention government accounts makes me wonder if they didn't hack into North Carolina's system.
This company is charging credit and debit cards all over the US. I you got charged call the Oak Lawn IL Police Dept. at 708-422-8992 and ask for Investigations regarding Sanda Plath LLC. Ask to file a police report as they are collecting them.

Same charge, $4.55 after first transaction on ebay via paypal. Called credit union was given a number to call, voice mail was foreign and bogus. Searched for a website for globalebusiness.net, looked bogus also. Called bank cancelled card immediately. Paypal is supposed to be so secure, something is definately flawed with their system.
