I filed a online complaint with the BBB about the company,Lifeline Industries, they have several complaints already but are in good standing so far. The BBB told me thay would get back to me as soon as they could check it all out and talk to them.So I have failed a complaint with the FCC and the BBB so for no calls in two days.Dont know if that did the trick are me just not answering the phone.
I had the "Celebration" ID , 712-429-0256 call my home from midnight to 3:42 am last night!! When I answered, they would hang up. I have small children and it kept them up all night! I am reporting them and getting a block put on today! THIS IS HARRASSMENT!
There is a federal regulation prohibiting from calling in the middle of the night from telemarketers. The phone rang at 2:14am and at about 2:40am. There is a dead silence when picked up. They also called on Saturday at 7am. They call in the middle of the day too even though they are told to remove me from their calling list.
I have filed with the complaint with the Oklahoma Attorney General and FCC.
I blocked my phone a month ago through: https://www.optoutprescreen.com and today with http://www.oag.state.ok.us and https://www.donotcall.gov I hope somebody will keep them in line.
We received 3 calls during the middle of the night. The first call was around 12 midnight then I received 2 others at 2am and 3am. I finally took the phone off the hook. Everytime I answered there was silence on the other end and then the phone disconnected. There has got to be something done about this. They kept me up all night and this not acceptable. This is also a new number for us as well. I tried looking the number up on anywho.com, but it returned no records found. It was not until I typed the entire number into the search engine that I even found this site to see that we are not alone. I hope this site is proactive and not just a chat log. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!
They are constantly calling and either it is disconnected when picked up or some male/female with a middle eastern accent goes through their script rapidly.
