I just went through the same thing. I had to look them up to see if anyone has complained about them. I've never experienced anyone more unprofessional. Im very behind on my bills, and this man Jay or James tells me "The last person I just spoke with paid their debt off in full. Should I care about you? why cant you pay it off in full?" I told him that I'm just trying to get this resolved and to work out a payment plan. This [***] slams the phone down while I'm talking. What a way to do business.
I keep getting calls for Antwan Kack-a-Kack, this number used to belong to this A-hole apparently, but I have had this number for several years, they should check the phone company records to see that Antwan A-Hole does not have this number anymore and has not had it for a number of years... They , being some law firm are complete A-Holes themselves, they must be related to Antwan... I am tired of being harrassed...
I GET CALLS FROM DEBT COLLECTIONS I LET THEM I PAY OOF MY DEBT BUT THEM THEY SAY THAT WAS ANOTHER ACCOUNT? SO FAR I KNOW THAT WHEN A DEBT COLLECTION BUY YOU ACCOUNT THEY CHANCE THE ACCOUNT NUMBER AND THEY KEEP DOING THAT EVERYTIME THEY KEEP SELLING YOU ACCOUNT AT LEAST I MAKE SURE BEFORE I PAY OFF TO SENDME A FAX WITH THE ACCOUNT NUMBER,AMOUNT AND THAT I WILL RECEIVE A CREDIT REPORT LETTER THAT I WILL BE CLEAR. THEM I SEND THE MONEY SO EVERYDAY I GET PHONE CALLS ALL AROUND THE STATES. BEWARE
