they claim they are purchased a debt, but if it true how did my wife get another card from the same credit card company with a very low interest???????????
These people are very rude and unprofessional. The person who called me told me that if I did not make a payment today that he was going to add on $4000.00 worth of attoney fees and would garnish my paycheck for over $6,000.00. I got tired of him talking to me as if I were scum of the earth so I told him that I was tired of talking to him and I hung up. I called the number back and spoke to an operator and explained to her that I was threatened by a representative of her company and needed to speak to a supervisor...this lady connects to the same [***]...he continued to be heartless, rude and very unprofessional...so I gave him a few choice words and hung up the phone. I have filed a complaint with the FTC but I will continue to file complaints...just because people fall on hard times doesn't give debt collectors the right to treat people as if they have no feelings...they have no right to mak it personal...and I was trying to work on my debt but they were swarmed around me like GREAT WHITES....there was no mercy...
