I would like to know what this is about. I have received calls from this number, my husband has and also my mother. Two of the phone numbers they have called are cell phone numbers. How would they get them? Also, the message that was left on my phone, the lady WAS VERY RUDE.

Rec'd a call from this company yesterday. The first man that I spoke w/, Mr Johnson was rude and raised his voice with me. I asked to speak with someone above him and I reached someone who was very kind. It was a debt I owed and he worked very well with me. I've worked with much worse, and better, but in the end it worked out well.
These scrum are calling my home with a robot that says 'This is a message for Tom Ryan. If you are Tom Ryan press 1. If you are not Tom Ryan press 2.' So I press 2 and it procedes to play the message for Tom Ryan to call this law firm. Isn't that an violation of the FDCPA or other collections law on both the Federal and State level? They also do not give an option to speak to a live person or to notify them they are calling the wrong number. These idiots are bottem scum and deserve to go to jail for telephone abuse and harassment.
These low life's are amazing. The broad calling tells me she works for this law firm and gets paid hourly to assess litigation potential. I told her she'd make more on her back and would be moving up the professional ladder. I think she had a heart attack....no, she has no heart.
These people are relentless but as is pointed out in the post by Alfalfa...you can get them using the tools the Gov't has put in place. Yes its aggravating time consuming whatever, but do it! Keep hurting them till there is no more.
In the meantime, give a dose back...it feels great!
