Who called from 7172385396

This number called me wanting to lower my current credit card rates.  I don't have a credit card.  When I told them this, they hung up.

Received a call from this number on4/17 @ 9:40am. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. I rarely use my mobile phone and I never give out the number, so these clowns must be blind dialing.

Received a call from this number at 11:03 A.M. the call was  was identified as originating from PA on my cell phone.  I  Did not answer the call as the number was not familiar to me and no message was left for followup.

Got a call from this number asking for credit card  information & pin number to get & lower rater on interest. Never said what card was offered

Just had a call from these folks but did not answer. I do not know anyone from Pennsylvania. Too far north for my bloodline.
