Who called from 7172385396

Just had a call from these folks but did not answer. I do not know anyone from Pennsylvania. Too far north for my bloodline.

Same Situation as other posters....didn't answer, and they didn't leave a message.  Given the posts, these are clearly calls designed to facilitate the illegal activities of the caller. How is this okay, and why isn't the FBI arresting folks responsible for these scams regularly? Clearly, there's an electronic trail of evidence...

I received a call today.  I answered the call but no one was on the other end so I hung up.  They did not call back.

I got a call from this number earlier today, no message left.

I think their phone systems are programmed to be busy if you call back or sometimes a recording that you have reached a wrong number
