I get calls from this number too.  And when I pick up they hang up or there is no one there. They dont leave a message, and I agree, they call at random times during the day.

It's a collection agency. You can tell them to stop phoning you at home and at work, and to only communicate with you in writing. If they persist, you can state federal law: Under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, once you ask them to stop calling you at work home and cell, they are required to cease. If they continue, you will have the right to sue and possibly collect damages. Don't be intimdated by some weirdos who want money and personal information over the phone!!! If someone has an issue with you, you have every right to get it in writing.

I got a phone call from them and all the message said was to call back at a certain number and ask for Ms. Jones. I'm not sure who they are or what they are calling about. You said they're just trying to get credit card information? Just wanted to verify this. [email protected] Thanks.

I received the call from this number at about 11am today, and I left it unanswered. Someone actually left me a voicemail from this number, saying please hold for a very important message, twice, then said to please call back and ask for Ms. Jones as she has important information for me, or something like that. It sounded like a teenage girl.

Asked to speak to a person and said his notes says they spoke to the person, which was untrue. Manager Brian, I will speak to your supervisor about your terrible attitude.
