i have recieved 3 calls from this number at random times. i am 15 years old and do not even have a credit card or any bills!! they are leaving messages on my prepaid phone's voicemail, and it costs me money (prepaid points that get used up/wasted quicker) to delete their voicemails. i get the same message as 'tdster', just repeating to wait for an important message.
i called the 866 number from 'hi' and spoke with a nice young woman who asked me if i knew a 'michael' or a 'colleen' because they gave my number to this agency. she said she would take my number off this list. granted she does, this seems like an easy problem to fix for anyone getting these stupid calls themselves. she said the name of the company when she answered the phone, but i can't remember what she said it was.
I ignored these phone calls for about a month now but I called back today and learned that they are a legit collection agency. I spoke with them on 3 occasions today. The first woman I spoke to was relatively unpleasant and would not allow me to send a check but the 2 men I spoke to afterwards were extremely nice and helpful. Too bad I didn't know about this check from a utility I cancelled months ago and I would have never had to speak to them in the first place. They are relentless though. The message "Please hold for a very important call...etc" was called from 717-243-6637 day, noon and night for the past month. The number to the actual agency was 866-756-6804. Don't ignore them like I did!
they would call me randonly at the most random times between the hours of 11pm and 4am i dont know who they are or what they want but next time they call i will contact my lawyer
717-243-6637, has recently started calling my cell phone number during the day. Msg. sounds pre-recorded and states to contact Mr. White at 866-765-6801 regarding an important personal business matter. No one answers when I call the 866 number back and one time got a reference to TCS.
What type of utility? I am not late or behind on any utility payments. Do they represent other types of matters? The posts seem to really mention utilities.
