I did some research and found out that Arnold Katz was a photographer who passed away in 2012 in New York City. He still has a photography gallery. But that may not be the person that represents the prank call there are dozens of Arnold Katz in the New York City area . But this is definitely fraud .
Arnold Katz just called again! Twenty minutes after the last call, I decided to answer the call so he wouldn't keep calling me every twenty minutes. This was, of course, Microsoft's "Brian" calling about my laptop. I told him I didn't have a laptop. Well, it must be some other computer. No, I don't have a computer anymore. Did I sell it? No, I gave it to charity, to Goodwill. I don't NEED a computer anymore. (I kind of like f'ing with them). Don't I have ANY machines? I have a TV! He was horrified I gave away a computer. I guess people don't do that in India. What bothers me is it's not a random call, they're calling me by my name. Someone sold or stole a calling list from somewhere, possibly Dell.
five calls in two days from "katzarnold" who hangs up when machine picks up, when i picked up to tell him to knock it off i got the "your computer is being hacked the sky is falling down" story. he said something about windows and i have macs so of course it's BS. Do like the airhorn idea, though. agree with others that the "call type" reporting options should include scam.

Received a call today at 2:13pm. Caller ID said from Arnold Katz but the caller said his name was Michael from Windows. Had a East India voice. Told him I haven't had a computer for years and he said I lied. I called him a scammer and he hung up. Just another looser.
