I did some research and found out that Arnold Katz was a photographer who passed away in 2012 in New York City. He still has a photography gallery. But that may not be the person that represents the prank call there are dozens of Arnold Katz in the New York City area . But this is definitely fraud .
Started in about urgent action needed for my computer. Same old con coming from yet another (probably spoofed) number. I laid down the phone and went back to my business. I guess he eventually figured out that nobody was there and hung up because the phone went into its "howler tone" a couple of minutes later.
Just got a call from this jerk told him to stop calling me and he told me I should love him I told him I was going to call the police didn't even phase him!
