It's Best Buy. They called me because my credit card number changed, and I have the "Black Tie" insurance on my cell phone that used the old card number. They did leave me a message once, but the last time, they left no message.
Called my brother's cellphone (used to be my number) and asked for me. Apparently it's a best buy collection agency. I've never carried any credit with Best Buy. I pulled my credit report and there is nothing on there about Best Buy, negative or positive. I'm not going to call back.
We have no account with Best Buy other than a warranty on our Blackberry. Since that card was recently discontinued by my husband's work, that could be it. But they send us emails, so they really have to reason to call (and not leave any message anyway.)
I got a phone call from this number from Best Buy trying to contact me about not being able to bill me for my wireless protection plan... Phone insurance. Basically my credit card expired and I didn't give them the new one.
