It's Best Buy. They called me because my credit card number changed, and I have the "Black Tie" insurance on my cell phone that used the old card number. They did leave me a message once, but the last time, they left no message.
It's not a scam! If you have best buy protection plan on something (most likely a cell phone) and your credit card declines, expires, etc,. They call, mail, and email you so you can update your information. If you don't feel safe doing it over the phone, you can go to best buy's website and do it on a secure page, like I did. Otherwise after 15 days they cancel your coverage.
You probably bought something at best buy and purchased an Insurance for it. I have my cell phone insurance through Best Buy because it's a much better deal than Sprint! So i'm calling back to replace my old cc #.
DONT GET BURNT!! This someone phishing for your personal info posing as best buy. If your concerned that best buy is actually calling you, use the number from your statement to contact BEST BUY.
