Persistant little buggers.... I just got my daily call. Yup, daily. They never give up! It's just too bad that law enforcement hasn't shut them down yet.
I just filed a complaint...they have called me 3 times this week. We all need to start filing complaints if we are on the do not call list. https://www.donotcall.gov/
The DNC does not apply to charities. However, they can still get into trouble if they do not place you on a internal DNC. You can check your states DNC list, though as far as I know Oregon is the only one that doesn't allow charity calls.
Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

Check out YouMail. When I looked for a way to block these annoying Survey Callers and Telemarketers, I found them. The basic YouMail service is free to use. No reason to pay $60 for a app or service to do that.
They are amazing! They work on Android and iPhone devices. They can block calls so the caller hears a number disconnected greeting and they won't be able to leave you a message. If they constantly call and get that your phone is no longer in service, they will remove your number from there call list because they think your phone is disconnected!
