Got a call from this number today. T'was yet another Indian Windows Technical Support scammer. This Microsoft scammer was by far, the stupidest one I have ever encountered, after dealing with dozens upon dozens of them over the years. Holy Cow! That idiot was not even computer literate, yet he was selling himself as a Microsoft employee, who wanted to "fix my computer."
He wanted me to go to my keyboard and open the Windows run dialog box and type in LSCONFIG. WTH is that? So after a few times of trying to get me to type in that, I finally had to gently nuuudddgee him into telling me to type in MSCONFIG using an M instead of an L, then things went downhill after that, as he couldn't even tell me what he wanted me to do.
I suspect he wanted me to go to TeamViewer's website and start a TeamViewer Remote Control Session. So, after he was ultimately unable to comprehend how to peddle his own scam, I finally told him off and laughed at him.
