call was from a computer service company that said my computer was at risk of having a virus, however my PC has NORTON 360 and is well protected. I asked how he got my telco number, and he could not tell me. I told him that I was talking on a zepher voice processor, that looks at the audio to determine if the calling person is telling the truth. I also told him that calling the number back would result in a recording that the number did not exist.
I am so tired of these indian scam artist's telling me that something is wrong with my computer, i have had it and the more they call the more i get nasty with them and today i informed him to go [***] himself and take his scam with him and no way in hell was he getting his hands into my computer, this has to stop and do they think we are all crazy.
Same as the others...he hung up after he said "I'm with your Windows IT" and I said "No, you're not." Lots of kids/conversation in the background. Wish I could have been as witty as some of the respondents above. Hope he calls back so I can try the "Hindi accent" one...that's a good one...
