I called the number back and it was Western Unions Customer support. They left no message and said if they didnt it was a wrong number if they called again they still needed to talk (duh)
they called at 3:30 AM and said someone was trying to use my charge number and they wanted ME to verify the number. I said NO I'm not giving you any information and hung up. I will call my charge card company today and report this also.
I got a call from this same number, it was on my voicemail, and it's simply a one way out notification from Western Union informing me that I had a money order sent to me. It was such a small money order, and I already knew it was there, but WU has never called before, unless this is a new service. It had been sent the night before, and I didn't pick it up (money order) till next morning, but that should not have been a trigger. You can't get a human at that number, but it is apparently a WU recording. Curious. You'd think WU would want to float the money orders as long as possible, since they are not paying any interest, only collecting, you know?
