Got a call from this number and looking for Jenny and I said you have the wrong number and she said "sorry dear"

somebody called me at 7:30pm and said they need more info for the western union money transfer I did today. she gave me this number # 1-888-983-6846
to call and provide MTCN number and other details. I refused to provide any info and called western union actual number to find out whether the above number is indeed western union number or not. Western union said this might be a scam.

So did the transfer go through fine without them actually needing more info on your transfer??

money at Rite Aid, a man ask for details about the transfer,
I went back to the local agent, they did not recognize this number
and 1-888-983-6846.

A man called me today, telling me my western union transaction has some problem and they need more info from me. He asked me to call 1800-773-7348. I asked he to call the western union store. If the store needs more info from me, let the store call me.
