it appears that United Healthcare has made a decision to piss me off from another telephone number. Now I get telephone calls from two numbers that I get charged for on my cellular account.

The telecommunications company I'm retired from switched my secondary medical insurer from Blue Cross to United Healthcare on 01/01/2017. I received a call from this number today @ 1:08 PM. I answered it and heard a click so I hung up. Maybe it was a "welcome aboard" call.
