I received a call from this number today saying they have a formal complaint that needs to be delivered to my residence or place of employment and to call the following number for more information: 800-340-5219.
Got a call from this number on 11/21/14 - only a portion of the message recorded - but also talked about delivering some important papers and contacting them at 800-340-5219. Sounds like a total scam to me.
This is a SCAM - got a call today about a delinquent phone bill from 2003 - never even had the phone number they referred to! It's the holidays - guess people need money!!!! Reported to BBB. They say they are from a collection agency called T&H Financial Firm - BOGUS!

I recieved a voicemail from Amy O'neil who works for the private service of Acu File. She left a return phone number of (800)340-5219 and she called from (786)522-1527. She said there are documents that are going to be served to me at home or my place of employment and I only have two chances to get in contact with them. She didn't greet me as Ms. so and so. She didn't say what the documents were in refernce to (i.e-mortgage, medical expense, etc.) I instantly typed the # into google and sooo glad that I did.
