I received this same call from Amy O'neill with Accufile. Says it is regarding a formal complaint and they will be delivering formal documents, to have my id ready, etc et. Thank God for the internet.
I got the same call today. Lol, Amy transferred me to some dude who I cussed out. I also called the business they claim to be collecting for (Sprint) who told me they were a scam and that I didn't owe them (Sprint) anything. They said the only harm that could come out of calling them back is the number could be routed or billed as international to my phone. Part of me wants to call them back and screw with them more but it's definitely a scam. Sprint had no comment on how these terds had me and my wife's current cell phone numbers though.
