I received a call from this number today saying they have a formal complaint that needs to be delivered to my residence or place of employment and to call the following number for more information: 800-340-5219.
I believe this is a SCAM. I too have received a message from "April O'Neil" saying that they are going to deliver papers and that I need to have proof of ID. Also, they have given me the same 1-800 number that I see below on other posts. I have no plans on calling them, will ignore future calls and plan to file a complaint. Hope this helps!

If you search online where the 800 # is from, you will see it is from Concepts In Finance at 26 Ct St Ste 1812, Brooklyn, NY 11242 and does not have a website. If you look up online Accu-File it shows phone # of 708-481-5570.
