Called at 908pm Pacific on my personal cell. I didn't answer and caller left a 3-second silent voicemail. Called it back and got busy signals on all attempts.
The call was made to my cell phone @ 3:34am. The automated message requested the 16 digit card number,expiration date, and your PIN number. The message stated (Your Bank of America card had been locked).False information was given but, I did call the bank and request a new card immediately just in case. These are not bank hours what bank calls at 3am? NONE.
I also got a call and was prompted to enter my social security number. That's when I thought it was a scam, so instead, I called Bank of America and reported the scam.
