I got a call from this number that I owe them $420 year 2011 of October, I just got here in the United States Dec 2011. What so scary is that they have all your informations including your address. They said that a sheriff will serve you paperworks either your home or at work. So this is a scam? Pls help
Received a call from 801-889-1957 saying I would be getting a summons. This was a recorded call. They gave me no option to speak. They said call the number and ask for legal, which I did, 3 times and it kept saying my call could not go thru, please hang up and call again. Called my phone company and they told me it was a scam. Also called my local court house to see if they had a summons for me, and they do not. I am on the do not call registry. Call was upsetting. John
These people are crazy and rude thy can even tell you nothing but I was involved in a scam. They are a scam or something. Somebody need to report them immediately.
I explained to this company that I do not know the company they claimed is accusing me of fraud and they had no details and I asked how do I follow up and they said they will note I dispute and nothing further for me to do yet they call everyday!
That's a good question re: everyone be given the same number. My harassment call gave me a number ending with ....7470. There was no answer at this "Company" and "no message could be left" in their voice mail;-(
